changing to quad9

DNS timeouts for one website, can’t switch to another DNS because of hijacking

I’m getting DNS timeouts for one website, www.hud.gov. To investigate I ran (windows) “nslookup hud.gov 75.75.75.75” which times out. Does anyone else get the same thing?
