Google DNS having issues resolving a Tesla domain?

Good morning! I noticed my tesla powerwall was not reporting data to the cloud and determined that google dns (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) was saying that synergy.sn.teslaenergy.services is a non-existint domain? I’ve Been having intermitte issues where I’m no longer able to access certain websites like google, facebook, duckduckgo amount others. Usually rebooting the router fixes the problem but it comes back. It seems to only happens with some sites. Attached packets from DNS and traffic from the DNS server.
