Slide #3 is a mess and is completely in-accurate and makes no sense (using a “Malicious Resolver”?, then contacting it?). Expecting better from someone representing a market-leader of DNS products/solutions. http://www.networkworld.com/article/2886283/security0/top-10-dns-attacks-likely-to-infiltrate-your-network.html What you think? /r/dns /r/dnssecurity /r/infoblox submitted by cbuijs [link] [1 comment] Powered by WPeMatico

I’m in the process of rebuilding my website, and using a new host, but keeping my original domain name. So I’m just updating my A record to point to the new host. Is it possible to create another A record so that I can still access my old website (e.g. www.mysite.com/old) which resides on the … Read More “DNS entry to access old version of website” »

As a user with a domain name i have setup dnssec in the forward zone. When i get to do reverse zones [.in-addr.arpa or the ipv6 one] obviously there is conflict with my isp and the arin/apnic/ripe etc view of the zone. So i think that reverse dns with dnssec is impossible unless i can … Read More “reverse dns sec for users, not isp's clarification” »
